I made this radio station because corpo radio is pretty bad. In my town basically every station is full of ads and sponsorships and capitalism in between an occasional song. And the music is all big name corporate acts. This is just unacceptable, so I created this pirate radio station to try and give myself an alternative.
No ads, no pay for play, no corpo playlists or rules, just my own music collection song after song, highlighting independent and lesser known artists and local stuff. Yes I know there are big names in my collection and whatever, but the goal is to have a nice balanced mix of all kinds of genres, which I think I’ve got down pretty well.
